Yes! Our add-on services include oven, fridge, sliding door tracks, windows, interior of cupboards, pantry, and shutter blind cleaning. You can request add- ons prior to your scheduled clean at an additional price.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

This depends on the size of your home and the type of service. We’ll provide you with an estimated duration when you book.

We do our best to assign a regular cleaner for consistency. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we’ll send another trusted team member and let you know in advance.

Payment is made via bank transfer or credit card after the service is completed. You’ll receive a detailed invoice with payment instructions. For NDIS and DVA clients, we can invoice directly to your plan manager or provide invoices for self-managed participants.
